Make Up Schedule

Any student who must miss classes for any reason must call the main office at (302) 653-6276 to report their absence.  Please try to arrange your activities so that they do not conflict with your dance commitment.  Three (3) unexcused absences from class or rehearsal may (at the discretion of the teacher or choreographer) result in being removed from choreography.  If there is a conflict, please discuss it as much in advance as possible and in person with the faculty.  Notes need to be delivered in person.  Please report to a faculty member with your note so that it can be put on the calendar.  Missed classes should be made up during a class at the same level or one level below the dancer’s assigned class level.  Please make every effort to attend all rehearsals and classes.

Following is a list of times for each Make up class:

Preschool: Monday 3:45-4:45

Pre Ballet 1A: Monday 4:45-5:30

Pre Ballet 1: Monday 3:45-4:45

Pre Ballet 2: Monday 5:30-7:00

Pre Ballet 3: Wednesday 6:45-8:15

Ballet 1: Monday 7:00-8:00 and Wednesday 6:15-6:45

Ballet 2: Wednesday 4:45-6:15 (2A) and Friday 3:45-5:15 (2B)

Ballet 3: Tuesday 3:45-5:15 and 5:15-6:00, Thursday 7:15-7:45

There is a two week black out period prior to each PCABT performance.  Every effort MUST be made to attend all rehearsals.  These could be scheduled on days other than regular class days.  Students may not be granted absences during this period.

All students must furnish their own attire and shoes for classes and shoes and tights for performances unless otherwise specified by the staff.  PCABT provides costumes for the Winter Concert and the spring storybook ballet for the pre professional division.  The costumes for the Spring Performance are ordered in January, paid for by the family, and may be taken home when the performance is finished.

  • Only one pair of small earrings may be worn for all classes and rehearsals.  Any other jewelry interferes with the movement of the dancers or could cause injury.

  • No skirts or warm ups allowed during class.
